West Essex Free Throw Contest - A Great Success	03/14/2010
The East Coast Tsunami Softball Club and the West Essex Diamond Club hosted the inaugural West Essex Free Throw Contest on February 20, 2010 at Churchill Elementary School in Fairfield. Participants ages 8 through 12 competed in the contest. The contest participants and volunteers had a great time at the event. The contest winners in each age group were as follows: 8U Girls – Serena Petullo, 8U Boys – Joey Connington; 9U Girls – Jackie Murphy, 9U Boys – Gerard Onorata; 10U Girls – Jessica Thies, 10U Boys – Anthony Vassallo; 11U Boys – Justin Capozzi; 12U Girls – Nicolette Tufano, 12 Boys – Richard Christensen. The East Coast Tsunami Softball Club and West Essex Diamond Club offers thanks to all the volunteers, participants and their parents for making the contest a success. Additionally, a thank you goes out to the Fairfield Board of Ed for use of the Churchill School gym and Murphy General Contracting for sponsoring the event. Free Throwing Contest	01/27/2010
The West Essex Diamond Club (WEDC) and East Coast Tsunami are proud to announce the West Essex Free Throw Contest for ages 8 through 12. Contest to be held on February 20, 2010 at Churchill School gym located on Fairfield Road in Fairfield, NJ. Trophies will be awarded at each age group with winners in both boys and girls brackets.
